Dave Sundaram

Principal & CEO

Mr. Sundaram has 27 years of experience in commercial real estate as a development executive and as a broker. He is the founder of Strongbox Development Company and was a founding partner at Odyssey Real Estate Capital, Odyssey Realty, and GDS Management. Mr. Sundaram developed several industrial projects at his prior firm, Odyssey, including the Cheyenne Industrial Center and Tier Industrial Center, in addition to many land development and value-add industrial and office projects. Prior to Odyssey, Mr. Sundaram was a partner and a development manager at Centra Properties and directed the land development and dispositions for the Mosaic and Stone Creek Master Planned Communities. Mr. Sundaram began his real estate career with Stuart Mixer Commercial, later Colliers International, as a broker. Mr. Sundaram served as an officer in the United States Air Force as a weapons acquisitions project manager.   

Mr. Sundaram holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from San Diego State University, an Executive MBA from UCLA, and a professional certificate from Stanford University in Sustainable Energy Studies. 

 

Connie Yeh

CFO and COO

Connie Yeh has 18 years of experience in various finance and real estate development roles.  She began her career in New York trading equity derivatives at Citigroup in 2004.  In 2011 she moved to Las Vegas where she was on the founding team for DTP (formerly Downtown Project), an initiative to accelerate the revitalization of Downtown Las Vegas.  She was also the Chief Investment Officer for a high-net-worth individual and founded and ran 9th Bridge School, a nationally accredited early childhood and elementary school located in Downtown Las Vegas.

Connie graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and completed the Chief Financial Officer Program at Columbia Business School.  She is also Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder and a graduate of Leadership Las Vegas, Class of 2019 and the Jameson Fellowship, Class of 2016.

 

John Tippins

Partner

John is the founder & CEO of Northcap Commercial and has been a real estate developer, owner, operator in multi-family, retail, and office projects.   He is currently or has previously been an operating partner or a broker for Starwood Capital, TPG, LeFrak Organization, the FDIC, Dune Real Estate Partners, Silverstein Properties, Southern Land Companies, and others. He was also a partner in the development of the Metropolitan Police Headquarters, which was a consolidation of over 60 leases into one developed headquarters. John has recently closed in partnership, three land deals from the City Of Las Vegas for development. John has been involved in over 100 transactions in Downtown Las Vegas throughout his career. John graduated with a bachelor’s in marketing from UNLV and is a graduate of Leadership Las Vegas, Class of 2007.  In addition to other organizations, John is a Board member for the Mayor’s Fund and the Advisory Board for UNLV.
